An AMBER Alert has been issued for two "critical" missing children. According to the TPD, around 7:10 a.m., Friday, officers responded to a critical missing call at the Evergreen Apartments, located at 4123 S.

Tyler police said the children, who are 3 and 4 years old, were last seen Thursday evening at an apartment complex in Tyler.
