The addition of Kelly helps Michigan State fill out depth amid heavy turnover at receiver. Veteran starter Montorie Foster is out of eligibility and three receivers have left for the portal since the season ended in Jaron Glover, Aziah Johnson and Jaelen Smith. Glover committed to Mississippi State on Friday.

The second commitment came from former Oregon State offensive lineman Luke Vincic, who was going to be a starting guard for the Beavers in 2025. He has played in 22 games during his career and will reunite with his former O-line coach with two years of eligibility remaining.
