The family of techie Atul Subhash, who died by suicide in Bengaluru, is expressing deep concern for the whereabouts of his 4-year-old son after his wife and family members were arrested.

Nikita Singhania and her family members were arrested from different cities and brought to Bengaluru, police said. They were remanded to judicial custody after being presented in court.

Atul Subhash, the 34-year-old deputy general manager of a private firm, died by suicide on December 9 in his Bengaluru apartment, leaving behind a 24-page suicide note, accusing his wife and her relatives of harassment.

In the suicide case of Indian techie Atul Subhash, the police on Saturday (Dec 14) arrested his estranged wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha and brother Anurag for abetment to suicide. The arrests were made days after the 34-year-old techie accused Nikita and her family of extortion and harassment in an over-an-hour-long video and died by suicide.

According to Shivakumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for White Field Division, the three were brought before the court and subsequently sent to judicial custody. Authorities are now actively investigating the circumstances leading up to Subhash's tragic death.

Bengaluru police arrested Nikita Singhania, along with her mother and brother, in connection with the suicide of her estranged husband, techie Subhash Atul. Singhania was arrested in Gurgaon, while her mother and brother were arrested in Prayagraj.
