SpiceJet has been utilising its internal cash flows to meet its statutory obligations, including PF and TDS payments, reflecting the airline’s improved financial health and operational discipline, the airline said in a statement.

SpiceJet has cleared all outstanding employee provident fund dues totaling Rs 160.07 crore. Using internal cash flows and funds from a recent QIP, the airline has also settled statutory liabilities and resolved disputes with lessors and creditors.

The low-cost carrier, which has been facing multiple headwinds, recently raised Rs 3,000 crore, following which it has been clearing statutory, GST, and other dues.
