Nazar, the team's top forward prospect, will make his NHL season debut Saturday against the Devils, joining Kevin Korchinski, Drew Commesso and Anders Sorensen as other guys who have recently moved up from Rockford to the Hawks.

Kevin Korchinski, who has spent most of the season in Rockford with Nazar, had the locker stall next to Nazar’s. He didn’t have much advice beyond “be you.” The way Korchinski sees it, Nazar doesn’t need much help.
