While Cody Rhodes is a lead figure on WWE television, he doesn't consider himself to be the leader of the backstage locker room.

Cody Rhodes will appear on the December 13 episode of WWE SmackDown. WWE announced that Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owen would have “one final word” ahead of their title match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

New segments have been added ahead of tonight's WWE Smackdown show. At 3pm, WWE announced on X that Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens would have "one final word before they clash for the title" on Saturday Night's Main Event.

As Rhodes was potentially going to unveil the gold gift given to him by Triple H, he was interrupted by Owens, who was once again in his car. Owens said that Rhodes was as bad of a friend as he was a son and husband. He then said that the truth is, Cody was way more interesting as Stardust.

With just one more sleep before Saturday Night's Main Event, "WWE SmackDown" headed to Hartford, Connecticut for the go-home episode of the show.

Cody Rhodes has been a part of SmackDown since winning the Undisputed WWE Championship this year. While holding the top prize of the blue brand, he has delivered several exciting feuds and rivalries.
