Chris Evans Returning to Marvel in Avengers: Doomsday
Chris Evans is suiting up for his return as Captain America in a new Marvel film. After seemingly retiring from the role in 2019's Avengers: Endgame, reports say the actor is coming back for Avengers: Doomsday, which has a planned release day of 1 May, 2026.

Doomsday will not be Evans’ first appearance in a superhero movie since Endgame. This summer, Evans reprised his role of Johnny Storm/Human Torch in Deadpool & Wolverine.
